Oliver brings over 20 years of analytical and origination experience to his current role focused on the Mid-Atlantic Region at Ready Capital focusing on Fixed Rate, Multifamily, and Bridge loan transactions. Oliver has held positions as a VP/Relationship Manager at Premier Bank, Mid-East Regional CMBS Originations Manager with PCF II (a joint venture of USBank and Principal Advisors), VP/Relationship Manager at USBank, and Production Analyst and VP of CMBS originations at CWCaptial, after beginning his commercial real estate career as a Project Manager with the Trammell Crow Company in Charlotte, NC. Oliver obtained his Bachelor of Science at Ohio University in Athens, OH, and further graduated with a Master’s of Science in Real Estate focusing on Institutional Investments from the Johns Hopkins University Carey School of Business in which he taught the Introduction to Real Estate Analysis course for nine years following his graduation.
