Michelle Watwood

Michelle has over 20 years of lending experience in credit, sales, private, residential, and SBA 7(a) loans. Prior to joining Ready Capital, Michelle was Vice President–SBA Commercial Loan Officer with Midwest Regional Bank where she was consistently one of the top producers over five years—two of the years, she received top three honors and finished third out of 48 loan officers for SBA production. Michelle’s consultative approach—and the ability to guide even the most novice of borrowers—has helped countless clients.

Michelle earned a B.S. from Colorado State University and an M.B.A. in Business Administration and Management from the University of Denver.
