Patrick McEvoy

Patrick has more than 20 years of experience in direct SBA lending, having worked for Bank of America, Bank of the West, and Centennial Bank, managing SBA 7(a) and 504 SBA products. Previously, Patrick served as a national lender for a top non-bank institution focusing on special purpose real estate, business acquisition/partner buyouts, and debt refinance loan structuring. Prior to his SBA career, Patrick managed complex, public company transactions in Washington, DC, serving investment bankers, securities attorneys, and M&A specialists. He served on several boards, including the Florida Assisted Living Association, and currently volunteers as the Loan Committee Chairman for a non-profit minority-based lender.

Patrick received a B.A. in Financial Management from The Catholic University, as well as an M.B.A from The American University in Real Estate and Urban Development.
