Richard McIntosh

Richard brings more than 25 years of SBA lending experience to Ready Capital, originating commercial real estate, multifamily, and SBA business loans. Most recently, as Director of Finance & Business Development for Citadel Commercial Lending, he assisted business owners with the most competitive financing solutions in growing their businesses. Previously, he led a financially successful net branch, Oaktree Mortgage, for the CFIC Home Mortgage system.  Richard’s commitment to serving and representing his clients is unparalleled.

Richard earned a history degree after attending Boston College and Washington University. He is based in the St. Louis area.
