Tim Geraghty

Timothy J. Geraghty serves as Head of Capital Markets for Ready Capital.

Mr. Geraghty joined Ready Capital’s external manager, Waterfall Asset Management, in 2015 and currently serves as Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets for Waterfall Asset Management, LLC. In his capacity as the Head of Capital Markets, Mr. Geraghty is responsible for the origination, structuring, and execution of asset level and fund/corporate-level financing for Waterfall’s funds globally and has other responsibilities including oversight of commercial real estate loan pricing, involvement in strategy and M&A transactions.

Prior to joining our Manager, Mr. Geraghty held various roles within the Credit Solutions and Structured Products groups at Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. He began his career as an analyst at Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. Mr. Geraghty received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Sellinger School of Business at Loyola University in Maryland in 2007.
