We are pleased to announce our definitive merger agreement with Broadmark Realty Capital Inc. (NYSE:BRMK), a specialty real estate finance company focused on originating and servicing residential and commercial construction loans.

  • Upon completion of the merger, Ready Capital will be the 4th largest commercial mortgage REIT with a capital base of $2.8 billion.
  • The transaction provides additional scale, capital, and capabilities to continue the execution of Ready Capital’s differentiated real estate lending strategy.
