Brett Hucka

Brett brings a decade of banking experience with the past five years focused on SBA 7(a) lending. Prior to joining Ready Capital, he served as Assistant Vice President for Stearns Bank NA as both Lending Manager and nationwide SBA Loan Officer, closing over $88,000,000 in SBA 7(a) over a five-year period. Brett has extensive SBA 7(a) knowledge and specializes in business acquisitions, startups, and real estate acquisitions. Prior to that, he held several roles with Wells Fargo including Personal Banker, Service Manager, and Branch Manager for multiple locations.

Brett received a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota, Morris, and currently resides in Duluth, Minnesota.
