Brian Renzi

Brian is Managing Director and a member of the Affordable Multifamily Team at Ready Capital. He is responsible for the origination, structuring, financial underwriting, and closing of tax-exempt bond financed affordable housing transactions.

Since joining Red Stone LLC (now Ready Capital) in 2008, he has originated and closed over $1 billion in tax-exempt financing for the preservation and creation of over 14,000 affordable housing units nationwide. As a secondary responsibility, Brian coordinates with joint venture partners to provide equity capital to directly acquire affordable communities. To date, he has facilitated the direct investment of over $52 million in equity capital to acquire and preserve over 1,400 affordable housing units.

Brian received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
