Chris Henricks

Chris brings close to 10 years of experience in SBA lending and helping small business owners. His credit knowledge as a prior SBA underwriter helps deliver unique solutions and structures on complex deals. Prior to joining Ready Capital, Chris served as an Assistant Vice President and regional SBA lender for Veritex Bank, where he was a top producer and an integral part of their success. His specialties include owner-occupied commercial real estate, special use properties, child care centers, and change of ownership transactions.

Chris graduated with a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of North Texas.
