Jared Schuman

Jared is currently Assistant Vice President for the Affordable Multifamily team at Ready Capital providing financing for the construction and preservation of affordable housing. He has close to 10 years of experience in commercial real estate.    

Jared started his career as a Development Specialist at Woda Cooper Companies and then as an Analyst and Associate at Red Stone Tax-Exempt Funding, which assumed the Ready Capital brand in 2023.   

He has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
