Jason Bengert

  • Co-Head, Rural Business Lending

As Co-Head of Ready Capital’s Rural Business Lending group, Jason has close to 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.

Most recently, he was Principal and Managing Director for Madison One’s SBA and USDA programs, which were acquired by Ready Capital in 2024. Before that, he co-founded Park Place Equity, a USDA and SBA specialty finance company acquired by Northwest Federal Credit Union in 2014.

Jason earned a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems from the UNM Anderson School of Management in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
