Jordan Goforth

Austin, TX

Jordan leads the West Coast office for Ready Capital, where he focuses on originating, structuring, and executing bridge loan investment opportunities. Prior to joining Ready Capital, he was part of the real estate group at Doral Property Finance in New York, where he was responsible for sourcing and executing bridge and construction loans, note financing, and revolving credit lines nationwide. Prior to Doral, he was a member of the investment team at Loews Corporation in New York, where he was responsible for analyzing, underwriting, and closing senior and subordinate debt and JV equity investments. Jordan began his career in California as an Analyst at Belgravia Capital and as an Associate with the Capital Markets group at Ten-X.

He earned a B.A. in Economics from California State University, Long Beach, and a J.D. from Chapman University’s Dale E. Fowler School of Law.
