As Closing Manager for Ready Capital’s Small Business group, Kati has close to 10 years of experience in the commercial lending industry.

She started at Northeast Bank as a Commercial Sales Assistant and SBA Loan Closing Specialist and moved up to Senior Vice President, Director, Commercial Loan Processing.

She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from Simmons University, Boston, as well as a minor in Finance and Public Policy.
