Lisa Cappelletti

As Executive Director with Ready Capital since 2012, Lisa brings over 30 years of commercial real estate finance experience, including specialty, agency, and structured finance to the Ready Capital origination team. Prior to her current role, Lisa had a successful 15-year tenure with Imperial Capital Bank as their top originator, and also held positions as Senior Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer at Union Bank and Loss Sharing Asset Management Specialist for the FDIC.
