Matthew Cohen

Matthew Cohen is Head of Operations and Chief Technology Officer at Ready Capital.

Prior to joining Ready Capital, Mr. Cohen served as Managing Director at Waterfall Asset Management, where he worked in Portfolio Management overseeing surveillance, investment research, analytics, and front office technology initiatives. Previously, Mr. Cohen held a number of roles in Waterfall, including operations, fund accounting, technology and trading.

Prior to his career at Waterfall, Mr. Cohen worked at Highbridge Capital, BNY Mellon, and Municipal Asset Management. He earned a BS in Finance and Accounting from University of Albany.
