Mike Wu

As Vice President and legal counsel at Ready Capital, Mike Wu brings extensive experience in corporate governance, public company reporting, and transactional matters.

Prior to joining Ready Capital, Mike served as Assistant General Counsel at Enfusion, a public SaaS company serving the asset management industry, where he oversaw public company reporting and supported a wide range of corporate transactions. Earlier in his career, Mike practiced in the Corporate & Securities groups at Kane Kessler, a boutique law firm, and Dechert, a full‑service international law firm. Mike earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rutgers University.
