Molly Rutzick

Molly is currently Senior Vice President of Originations for the Affordable Multifamily team at Ready Capital, providing the financing for the construction and preservation of affordable housing.

She has been a professional in finance for over 15 years. As a commercial real estate lender, Molly has generated over $1 billion in commercial real estate loans over the course of her career in lending. She also serves as a board member at Riverton Community Housing and The Center for Neighborhood Technology.

Molly holds degrees in Finance and Risk Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison business school.
