Rosanna Tapang

Rosanna is Vice President of Originations at the Affordable Multifamily team at Ready Capital, where she provides support for the financial underwriting, structuring, and closing of tax-exempt bond transactions.

Previously, she was an Associate at CPEX Real Estate in the Office Sales, Leasing and Acquisitions division, where she specialized in working with schools and not-for-profits to meet their real estate objectives. During her time at CPEX, she was involved in the closing of over $17 million in real estate transactions. In addition, she worked in the finance department for Unipro, a national not-for-profit dedicated to political advocacy and community outreach.

Rosanna received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Philosophy from Binghamton University.
