ReadyCap Commercial Adds Talent, Momentum for 2016

IRVING, TEXAS – March 1, 2016 – ReadyCap Commercial, LLC (ReadyCap), a nonbank commercial real estate lender offering financing up to $10 million nationwide, today announced four new hires for its Dallas headquarters, adding to its roster of industry talent.

Since its 2012 inception ReadyCap experienced consistent growth not only in personnel, but also in its funding, loan product offerings, broker partnerships, and markets served– with industry presence expanding year-over-year.

ReadyCap welcomes:

Clayton Huffstutter, Production. Clayton bring over 15 years of real estate and finance experience to ReadyCap where he will focus on new business and strategic partnerships.  Prior to ReadyCap, Clayton was a managing partner in the Dallas-based loan advisory group, Stinson Creek Capital.  Clayton brings extensive leadership experience in the industry to ReadyCap including serving as the Regional Acquisitions Director for publicly traded REIT and the head of Structured Finance small-balance lender, Hometown Commercial Capital, where he spearheaded two successful stand-alone securitizations. Clayton holds a MBA from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business and a B.A. from Westminster College.

Bridget Wiss, Loan Closer. Bridget comes to ReadyCap with over 22 years of experience in commercial lending and financial services. Prior to joining the Dallas team, Bridget worked with JPMorgan Chase for over 12 years, exclusively with the Commercial Bank for the CTL group where she specialized in commercial term lending (multifamily and commercial origination loans).  Her lending and financial experience began at a small credit union where she served over 10 years.

Nancy McKinney, Credit Officer. Nancy joins ReadyCap from the FDIC where she was a Specialist in Resolutions and Receiverships.  Prior to the FDIC, Nancy was a Senior CMBS Underwriter for a combined 10 years with both JPMorgan Chase and GE Capital Real Estate. Nancy is a Texas CPA, and holds a B.A. from the University of Texas along with a M.A. in professional accounting from University of Texas at Arlington.

Bryan Dewey, Capital Markets Analyst. Bryan Dewey comes to ReadyCap with early success in the commercial real estate industry.  Most recently Bryan served as an analyst for BKM Capital Partners in Irvine, California and was previously at Dallas-based DCT Industrial where he spearheaded an industrial database development and analysis process. Bryan is a graduate of Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business and holds a B.A. in Finance.
