Christopher Hartz

As Ready Capital’s Head of Data Strategy and Management, Chris Hartz brings a strong background in market risk management, credit analysis, and data science and analytics from his over 20-year career in commercial lending.

Prior to joining Ready Capital, Mr. Hartz was Managing Director at Annaly Capital Management and earlier in his career he was Director, Balance Sheet Management for CIT and worked in financial advisory services for Deloitte.

Mr. Hartz has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Lafayette College and an MBA from Seton Hall University.
