David Hulit

David has five years of dedicated SBA 7(a) experience with both bank and non-bank lenders. Throughout his career, David served as an originating Business Development Associate and as an SBA Fulfillment Manager where he oversaw a team which funded thousands of PPP loans for small businesses. More recently and at Ready Capital, David drives new business with a focus on business acquisitions as well as commercial real estate, nationwide.

David graduated Magna Cum Laude, earning a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern Maine, and a B.A. in Marketing from Champlain College. He is based out of Portland, Maine.
