Jake Scott

Jake is a real estate investment professional with experience in originations, structured finance, asset management, and valuation. He is on the CRE Finance team at Ready Capital and is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and structuring construction loans and syndicating loans through note financings, participations, and co-investment structures. Prior to Ready Capital, he held positions at Mosaic Real Estate Investors and Marshall & Stevens.

Jake earned his B.S. in Finance from Lehigh University.
