James Martin is Head of CRE Frontend Originations with 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.

Previously, Mr. Martin was a Director at ORIX Real Estate Capital in multifamily finance and Head of Production/Sizing at Sabal Capital. Prior to that, he owned a real estate brokerage company and worked in various capacities at The Picerne Group, ORIX USA, and GE Capital.

Mr. Martin earned his B.S. in Finance from Kansas State University in Manhattan, Kansas, and is a licensed California real estate broker.
