John Fitzgerald

John has served the small business community since 2014 and has worked in SBA lending since 2016. Clients turn to him for strategic, practical, and responsive advice related to startup financing, business acquisitions, special-use real estate financing, ground-up commercial real estate construction, franchise financing, partner buyout transactions, and refinancing of business debt. John has shown particular focus and success in industries such as children’s daycare facilities, hotels, liquor stores, gas stations/convenience stores, assisted living facilities, and car washes.

John graduated Cum Laude with a B.B.A. degree in Finance and a minor in Spanish from Western Connecticut State University. John is based out of Connecticut and provides loans nationwide.
